Having trouble getting rid of HEAD LICE ?

Question:
This has been going on for a couple months now. My daughter is the only one of us that has it, and it keeps recurring on her only. I believe the Nix stuff isn't killing the eggs/nits, and that they're hatching on her. I just did a Kwell treatment, and am intending to slather mayo and vinegar, alcohol and H2O, olive oil, etc, on her hair all week and comb the hell out of it, hoping to get them out of there once and for all, but anyone else have any other ideas?? I'm so stressed over this I can't think stratght.

Answer:
Make sure you are totally handling the lice in her bedding and clothes. Also check the childen she plays with frequently. She may be getting re-infected at school or at her friends' homes. Nix works well IF you make sure her surroundings are lice free too ... also rinsing the hair with vinegar after washing helps as the lice hate the smell of the vinegar. But make sure you don't get the vinegar into her eyes as it is extremely painful.
